The tour, Chitwan Jungle Safari Tour with short trek is a perfect combination of Himalayan adventure and wildlife safari in Nepal. This 9-day holiday is designed for travelers who want to experience the best of Nepal in a short time.
The journey begins with the famous Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek (3200m) starting from Pokhara. This short and sweet trek is open all year round. In spring, the trails blast into full bloom with colorful Rhododendron flowers, and in winter, you can enjoy beautiful snow fun. It offers some of the most spectacular mountain views and sunrise photography opportunities in the world.
After the trek, the adventure moves to Chitwan National Park, one of the finest wildlife parks in Asia. The park spans from the lowland Terai plains to the mid-hills, creating a rich ecosystem. Here, you will explore lush tropical forests and river valleys to spot incredible wildlife, including the rare One-horned Rhino, Royal Bengal Tiger, sloth bears, wild elephants, crocodiles, rock pythens, and hundreds of beautiful bird species.

Day to Day Itinerary
Welcome To Nepal
Our representative will meet you at the Kathmandu airport and transfer you to your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Nepali welcome dinner. If you land early in the day, we can arrange a short city tour.

Fly To Pokhara- drive to Ghandruk- Trek to Tadapani 2590
After breakfast at Hotel, drive to domestic airport and fly (25m) to Pokhara. Meet the porter and drive (2hrs) to Ghandruk via Birethenti where your permit will be registered. Enjoy the first lunch in mountain and continue (3-4hrs) to Tadapani. Tadapani offers a beautiful view to Annapurna south, Hiunchuli and Fishtail.
Night rest at Guesthouse.
Trek To Ghorepani 2840m
Enjoy a warm mountain breakfast. Today’s trek (7-8 hrs) is a bit more challenging. Descend down to stream and climb again and continue to Bhaise Kharka where you will have a lunch break. Again, continue going up till Ramailo dada and descend down a bit at Ghorepani village. Enjoy the panorama, explore local souvenir shops

Hike To Poon Hill 3210m- Trek to Tikhedhunga- drive to Pokhara
We wake up early for a 45-minute hike to Poon Hill (3210m) to see the unforgettable sunrise over Mt. Dhaulagiri, Annapurna I, Fishtail, and many other peaks. After taking photos, we walk back to the guest house for breakfast. We then trek (4-5hrs) down to Tikhedhunga and drive back to Pokhara. Transfer to Hotel.

Drive to Chitwan and follow the activities
After breakfast at Hotel in Pokhara, drive to Chitwan by a private car through the scenic highway. Arrive at Chitwan and check in to Hotel. The camp manager will brieff the program and after lunch follow the activities (elephant back safari, cultural entertainment). Enjoy dinner and a peaceful night.
Full-Day Jungle Safari Excursion in Chitwan
A full day of thrilling jungle activities guided by an experienced nature expert! Activities include a peaceful canoe ride to spot crocodiles and water birds, a jungle walk, a visit to the elephant breeding center, a Tharu village tour, and a visit to the Tharu museum. You will have great chances to see One-horned Rhinos, deer, wild boars, and various birds.
All meals and overnight stay at the safari resort.
Bird watching and Driva bacak to Kathmandu
Wake up early for a refreshing morning bird-watching walk. Return to the resort for breakfast, then drive to Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel.

Free day/ Kathmandu sightseeing
Take an easy morning. Breakfast will be serving at your hotel. Your city tour guide will pick you up by a car to explore UNESCO World Heritage Sites (Monkey temole, Boudhanath Stuupa, Pashupatinath Temple and Patan Durbar Square). Later return to Hotel and after dinner night rest.
Final Departure
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Spend your morning relaxing or walking around downtown. Later, we will transfer you to the international airport for your flight back home. Have a safe journey!

What to Wear on Jungle Safari:
- When visiting Chitwan National Park, you will be entering the natural home of wild animals. It is very important to wear wildlife-friendly, camouflaged colors such as green, brown, tan, or olive drab. Please do not wear bright or aggressive colors like red, bright yellow, or hot pink, as these colors can disturb or frighten the animals.
Trekking Equipment:
The Poon Hill trek is not a difficult trek, but proper clothing is important to stay comfortable. Depending on the season (spring, autumn, or winter), you must pack accordingly. Please ask us for our recommended packing checklist.
